Seven projects in the open

Over the past weeks I have been turning years of scattered work into something inspectable: seven open-source Python projects, each with tests, continuous integration, and a public release. solar-uav-sim answers a question from my 2022 thesis: can a solar multirotor reach charge-consumption parity? The reproducible answer is no, and the reason why shapes my research.

drone-autonomy-sim is the other half of that research: a drone that senses, plans, replans, and decides to come home, logging the reason for every decision. counter-uas-sim studies the cost side of drone defence, where a low-cost interceptor concept comes out at USD 550 per successful intercept in simulation against a five-figure missile estimate.

isa-aero, metar-decoder, naca-airfoil, and drone-mission-planner are the supporting toolkit. Next: a paper on the parity result, preprint in November. Everything is on GitHub, and every number on this site can be checked against the code.
